That said, this only just creeps into the Demi Sec spectrum meaning it is not as sweet as most. Thanks to its extra aging in the cellars there is complexity rather than simple sweetness. However just about every vintage is awaited with bated breath by the wine industry and accolades for both Blanc and Rose Champagnes are far too numerous to mention.
